ACRS provides monitoring services that furnish the client with details on events that occur in regulatory agencies and legislative sessions. The objective of these services is to ensure that our clients remain aware of all activities, ACRS constantly monitors state and national regulatory agencies and participate in industry association meetings all in an effort to keep our clients abreast of the latest regulatory climate.
We assist our clients with CLEC and ETC filings to ensure they are eligible and receive state and federal subsidies related to the USF/Connect America Fund and NECA and state high cost funds. We also offer FCC filings for wireless licensed frequencies, broadband reporting and expert testimony.
